This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Mastradia processes refunds, reversals, and cancellations for financial transactions made through our platform. As a professional broker platform facilitating investment in Forex, cryptocurrencies, and stocks, transparency and fairness are our guiding principles.
1. General Policy
By opening an account and transacting with Mastradia, you agree to this policy. Because our services are digital, personalized, and involve real-time market exposure, all users are expected to read and understand the refund conditions below before depositing or subscribing.
2. Deposits and Trading Activity
- All deposits made into your Mastradia trading account are final once processed.
- Deposits are considered a commitment to use our broker services for live or demo trading.
- Refunds will not be issued for trading losses or user-driven transaction errors.
3. Subscription Fees
If you subscribe to any paid tools, premium indicators, or trading plan tiers, the following applies:
- Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance.
- You may cancel anytime, but no partial refunds are issued for the remaining term.
- Refunds are only possible if a technical fault prevented platform access for more than 72 consecutive hours (see section 6).
4. Withdrawal Reversals
Users must ensure that withdrawal requests contain accurate bank or wallet information. Mastradia is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details provided by the user.
- In rare cases, reversal requests may be granted if the withdrawal has not been processed.
- Users are responsible for any reversal fees charged by payment processors.
5. Disputed Transactions
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, notify us at support@mastradia.com within 48 hours. We will review all complaints within 7 business days and issue resolutions within 14 days, including the possibility of a refund under special circumstances.
6. Service Disruptions & Refund Exceptions
If Mastradia’s systems are inaccessible due to internal platform failure (not third-party issues) for over 72 hours, and you were unable to use paid features or execute trades:
- You may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of the outage via our Contact Us page.
7. Chargebacks & Account Termination
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may lead to immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent disputes and present evidence to payment processors and banks.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
- Bank transfer refunds may include a small processing fee depending on the payment provider.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Trading losses (due to market volatility or personal decision)
- One-time registration or verification fees
- Affiliate commissions and bonuses already paid
- Trial account conversions
